The “green” economy in the focus of the 11th Vernad readings: lecture by Professor Leonid Melnyk, in the Sumy Regional Library

For the 11th year in a row, the Sumy Regional Universal Scientific Library (OUNB) hosted the Vernad Readings, which has been conducted by Dr. Leonid Melnyk, Jean Monnet Chair, professor of the Department of Economics, Entrepreneurship and Business Administration (EEBA) of Sumy State University. This year, the focus of the readings was on the topic “Fundamentals of the green economy in the context of Industries 3.0 and 4.0: EU experience for Ukraine.”

The readings were attended by students of Sumy universities, school pupils and the public of the city. The meeting was broadcasted in the online system. Therefore, dozens of listeners were able to join it remotely and continue to join (since the recording was made).

The presentation materials were prepared on the basis of the results of scientific works obtained during the EU Jean Monnet project, which is currently being carried out at the EEBA department of Sumy State University.
