The relevance of the work is due to the need to rearmament the national economy in accordance with the key areas of socio-economic progress and the needs of building a competitive economy capable of guaranteeing the country’s security in martial law and dynamic development in the post-war period.
The purpose of the work is to study the fundamental foundations and develop a scientific and methodological complex, as well as practical tools to substantiate strategies for Ukraine’s transition to a digital economy model based on the implementation of breakthrough technologies.
Tasks of the work:
- develop a concept and tools (theoretical and methodological approaches, basic hypotheses, principles, models, methods, criterion basis, databases, calculation tools) to substantiate the strategy of transition to the digital economy model;
- perform an analysis of problem nodes and successful practices (including foreign ones) of transition to the additive production model;
- develop recommendations for the institutional sociologization of transformational solutions, as well as activating the potential of social self-organization and business structures of the digital economy;
- form a system of indicators and criteria for quantitative assessment of the dynamics of the state of socio-economic and environmental systems;
- substantiate and test the following methods: 1) assessment of the effectiveness of the transition of economic systems to additive production methods; 2) assessment of the effects of the viral nature of the spread of breakthrough technologies in economic systems; 3) justification of the tools for ensuring a breakthrough phase transition of economic systems to management based on industries 3.0, 4.0 and 5.0.
The main idea of the project is the necessity and possibility of a breakthrough transition of Ukraine to a new socio-economic model of productive forces and social institutions. A hypothesis is also proposed that justifies the need and potential of the country to achieve leadership positions in specific segments of the digital economy.
