Dr. Nasir’s research focuses on macroeconomic policies, monetary economics, financial economics, financial stability, the European Monetary Union, applied econometrics, and international trade and finance. He is an active researcher with publications in reputable journals and supervises master’s and doctoral students. He is committed to innovative pedagogy, enterprise, research-informed teaching, and collaborative research. Currently, he is working on macroeconomic policy challenges and financial stability issues, particularly in the post-COVID-19 era.
At Sumy State University, Dr. Nasir is a visiting professor in the Department of Economics, Entrepreneurship, and Business Administration. Since 2025, he has delivered guest lectures on International Trade and Applied Econometrics for BA, MA, and postgraduate students and faculty members.
