Synergy of Practice and Science: Expert Insights into Crisis Management

Expert Talk: “Crisis Communications: How to Prepare and Survive a Crisis” took place on January 22 in Uzhhorod. Kostiantyn Zavrazhnyi, PhD in Economics and Senior Researcher at the Department of Economics, Entrepreneurship, and Business Administration (Sumy State University), participated in the event.
The discussion on strategies for navigating crisis situations, maintaining trust, and mitigating reputational risks was led by Nina Vasylova — Corporate Communications Director at EPAM Ukraine, and an expert with over 20 years of experience in reputation management.
