Inna Balahurovska, an assistant at the Department of Economics, Entrepreneurship, and Business Administration, participated in the 7th International Multidisciplinary Conference for Young Researchers (MCYR).
The conference, themed “Research Innovation to Action: Pathways Toward Resilience in a Risk-Prone World,” focused on interdisciplinary collaboration and the development of innovative solutions to enhance resilience amidst uncertainty.
During the event, Inna Balahurovska presented a paper titled “Perceptions of an Ideal Leader in Ukraine’s Agricultural Sector,” which explores perspectives on the ideal leader within Ukraine’s agricultural sector.
