On 18–19 June 2026, the Department of Economics, Entrepreneurship and Business Administration at Sumy State University successfully completed the defense of bachelor’s qualification theses submitted by students of the first (Bachelor’s) level of higher education.
What topics did the graduates choose? Their research covered a wide range of contemporary economic issues, including digital transformation in business, enterprise performance under economic instability, tools for enhancing competitiveness, the development of trade and exchange relations, and investment project evaluation. Notably, many theses were based on real operating companies, allowing students not only to analyze empirical data but also to propose practical managerial solutions that could be implemented in business practice.
The Examination Board highlighted several theses for their comprehensive empirical analysis and well-substantiated conclusions. Equally important, most students demonstrated confidence during their presentations, provided clear and convincing arguments, and showed a strong command of modern economic methods and analytical tools.
The graduates are now entering a new stage of their professional journey. Some will continue their studies at the master’s level to further deepen their knowledge, while others will begin their careers in the business sector. The Department sincerely thanks all graduates for their dedication and hard work throughout their years of study and wishes them every success in their future academic and professional endeavors.
