During the lecture, the speaker shared valuable practical insights on:

– which skills contribute to effective communication and leadership development.

Vitalii paid special attention to the connection between strategic thinking and the ability to manage one’s own emotions as well as the emotions of a team. Participants had the opportunity to hear real-life examples from the speaker’s many years of experience in management and strategic development of construction and manufacturing companies, as well as retail chains.

The department expresses its sincere gratitude to Vitalii Odynets for his inspiring and informative presentation, and to all participants for their interest and engagement!
