In November 2021, within the framework of the European Commission project, Jean Monnet Chair on EU Economic Policy and Civil Society” (619878-EPP-1-2020-1-UA-EPPJMO-CHAIR) for students of National Technical University of Ukraine“Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute”(specialties“Economics”, “Marketing”, “Management”) there was given a series of lectures on European integration and EU trade policy.
The lecturers were provided by OleksandrKubatko (Doctor in Economics, Professor, Sumy State University), who has shared the module “Basics of the EU economy and trade policy.”
Students got acquainted with the stages of EU formation, learned about the role of key institutions and the role of civil society in the EU, and got acquainted with trade policy issues.
The event was attended by 100 students and teachers of National Technical University of Ukraine “Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute”. Students asked questions about the main areas of promotion of domestic products to EU markets, discussed the main issues of cooperation with the EU.
