Webinar “Import of used cars – between economy and ecology”

On November 23, 2020 student entrepreneurs of the PE-71 group within the framework of the discipline “Economics of Transport” (teacher – V. Voronenko) attended the webinar “Import of used cars – between economy and ecology”, organized by the analytical center CASE Ukraine.
The speakers discussed a number of important issues, in particular, whether Ukraine is threatened by an invasion of “European garbage” – old cars from the countries of the European Union that do not meet environmental standards and pollute the air.
Practitioners were: Nikolay Manukha, coordinator of the analytical center CASE Ukraine; Vladimir Dubrovsky, senior economist at the analytical center CASE Ukraine; Ostap Novitsky autojournalists, AUTO.RIA analyst; Stanislav Buchatsky, co-founder of the Affordable Auto Public Organization.
