On October 1, 2024, the department hosted a meeting between faculty members and new first-year students again. The event’s main goal was to encourage students to participate in scientific activities. Students were invited to join research projects conducted by young department scientists and participate in scientific work competitions. Additionally, students were interested in opportunities for academic mobility abroad and employment in their field of study. After the meeting, everyone agreed that such events are beneficial and should be held more frequently, if possible.
