From September 4 to 7, 2023, Associate Professor Inna Koblianska participated in an international IAMO Alumni training for research managers 2023 “Sustainable Rural Development: Research Environment and Funding Opportunities” at the Leibniz Institute for Agrarian Development in Transitional Economies (IAMO) in Halle (Saale), Germany. This event united researchers from diverse global backgrounds, all dedicated to advancing scientific cooperation. Participants delved into the European approach to evaluating scientific research quality, including assessments of research projects, scientific teams, and individual scholars. The program also provided a comprehensive overview of existing research support programs, relevant interdisciplinary research areas, and the typical structure of EU research proposals.
Dedicated days were reserved for exploring the EU research proposal structure, current funding programs, proposal preparation and submission, and project implementation and reporting. The knowledge and skills acquired during this program will drive international collaboration and elevate advanced research initiatives at Sumy State University.
