Presentation of opportunities of Sumy State University in West Africa: lecturer of ARI FEM named by Balatskyi participated in a business forum “Nigeria-Ukraine: business exchange platform”

Lecturer of Sumy State University took active part in the business forum, which was held in Abuja (Nigeria) with the support of the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. The business forum was dedicated to the development of small and medium-sized businesses in Nigeria and Ukraine, as well as the search for new opportunities for societies of friendly countries. The event brought together representatives of the government, entrepreneurs, investors, educators and other interested persons.

Shkarupa O.V., Dr. of Economics, Associate professor of the Department of Economics, Entrepreneurship and Business Administration, has made a presentation about the benefits of studying at Sumy State University and has taken an active part in the panel discussion. The presentation made it possible to disclose to a wide range of students the achievements of the university from the standpoint of international rankings, to give an idea of the level of recognition of Sumy State University in the world, as well as to offer a wide range of educational programs.

The report covered in detail the issues of obtaining various levels of university education at Sumy State University, the peculiarities of studying in Ukraine and the admission of foreign nationals, as well as current opportunities for international cooperation with the universities of Nigeria. During the panel discussion, the directions and types of cooperation in the educational and scientific environment, as well as the possibilities of Ukrainian-Nigerian cooperation in the field of education.
