At the end of September 2025, Associate Professor of the Department of Economics, Entrepreneurship and Business Administration at SumDU, Dr. Inna Koblianska, visited the Business School of Leeds University (UK) at the invitation of her colleague, Ms. Bianca Orsi.

During the visit, she presented the department’s main activities and highlighted its international initiatives, including COIL courses and Jean Monnet projects supported by the European Union. Particular attention was given to the results of the first year of implementation of the Jean Monnet Chair project EU_STRENGHTS («Strengthening EU Leadership and Capacity in Science and Innovation» (101175767—EU_STRENGHTS—ERASMUS-JMO-2024-HEI-TCH-RSCH), aimed at enhancing digital competences of academics and students, fostering innovative teaching approaches, and expanding international cooperation in European studies.

The discussion also focused on further development of COIL courses and opportunities for joint initiatives between universities. Such collaboration opens new horizons for integrating the Ukrainian academic community into the European educational and research space.
