Participation in the practically oriented online conference “Anatomy of change: What’s next?” from the “Bitrix24” Company”

March 3, 2021 at the invitation of the “Bitrix24” Company (Kyiv) Associate Professor, Ph.D. Viktor SABADASH took part in the online conference “Anatomy of change: What’s next?”. Experts and participants of the conference discussed a wide range of issues and problems business development and practical tips and business cases to help expand business opportunities and find answers to the question “What’s next?”.

Practical cases/recommendations were presented by 8 specialist speakers from leading Ukrainian companies. The topics and issues of the cases are quite wide: anti-crisis business strategies and management; customer experience management in a crisis; big data analytics for business; hybrid work; communication with clients; emotional intelligence in business, etc.

The materials and practical cases of the conference are useful for the educational process, including courses in particular, in the courses “Global Markets and Competition”, “Reasoning of Economic Decisions”, “Economic conflicts in the global environment”, “Decision Making”.
