On July 23, 2025, Inna Koblianska, Associate Professor at the Department of Economics, Entrepreneurship and Business Administration of Sumy State University, took part in the 2nd International Conference on Business, Innovation, and Technology Management (ICONBIT 2025), organised by UNESA University (Indonesia). Among the invited speakers were representatives from Australia, China, Malaysia, and Taiwan. The conference brought together nearly 180 participants from around the world.
Inna Koblianska delivered a presentation titled “Proactive Digital Policy to Enhance Business Resilience and Sustainability in Times of Crisis,” presenting the results of the project “Fundamentals of Sustainable and Inclusive Regional Spatial Development for Post-War Reconstruction in the Context of Digital Transformation” (No. 0125U001620, 2025–2027), funded by the State Budget of Ukraine.
Her presentation analysed Ukraine’s experience in developing an active digital policy and e-government system, emphasising how effective e-governance and the implementation of digital public services help to mitigate the impact of war on the economy and business.
