On September 23, 2021, Yuriy Mazin, Deputy Director of Aqua-Bud LLC, Leading Sales Manager of SMNVO Engineering JSC, joined a practical class on “Mergers and Acquisitions” (lecturer Mykola Kharchenko). Students had the opportunity to discuss the economic preconditions of modern transformations of domestic enterprises through mergers.
