Lectures and practical meetings on the discipline “Capital management” for students of the 5th year as part of the Jean Monet Module “Social solidarity economy: implementation of EU experience for sustainable development”

During January-May 2024, PhD, Associate Professor of the Department of Economics, Entrepreneurship and Business Administration of Sumy State University Oleksandra Kubatko held the cycle of lectures and practical meetings with students of the fifth year of the “Business Administration” specialty.

During lectures and practical classes, the issues of the economic and social development of the enterprise were discussed, in particular, the issues of analyzing the economic and social effectiveness of the enterprises in the business environment, concepts and methods of labor resource management, and the experience of European countries in the field were considered. Also were analyze main methods of personnel management, which are implemented on the basis of the HRM system, as well as the role of employees in enterprise management.

During the classes, there were used the materials of the project Jean Monet module on “Social solidarity economy: implementation of EU experience for sustainable development” ( SSExpEU – 101047518 – GAP -101047518) (2022-2025), which is implemented at the EEBA department.
