Lecture-discussion for PoltNTU students within the Jean Monnet |
In the beginning of October, teachers of the Economics and BA Department held a lecture-discussion and training for students of two specialties: “Personnel Management” and “Entrepreneurship, Trade, Stock Exchanges” within the framework of the grant Jean Monet module “EU trade opportunities and challenges for Ukraine” (573581-EPP-1-2016-1-UAEPPJMO-MODULE).
So Tetyana Pimonenko presented a lecture-discussion on “European Trade Policy: Experience from the Visegrad Countries”. Students get knowledge on the basic preconditions for the Visegrad Group formation, the idea and purpose of the association. During the discussion, the experience of the Visegrad countries in relation to the Euro integration was highlighted.
In addition, Yulia Chortok conducted a debate for students on “Ukraine and Visegrad Group: Cooperation and Integration”. Students actively defended positions for and against joining. As a result of the discussion, a group of experts summarised and supported the expediency of integration with the Visegrad Group.
It should be noted that not only students, but also PoltNTU teachers were involved by the lectures and debate.
It is needed to praise the excellent organization of lecturing and hospitability of Professor Chevhanova V. (head Business Economics Department) and her colleagues.
