Green economy and Industries 3.0, 4.0, 5.0 are in the focus of the master’s students of Sumy State University

The lecture “Green economy in the conditions of Industries 3.0, 4.0, 5.0: EU experience for Ukraine” started the cycle of classes for the master’s students of Sumy State University. The lecture was delivered by Leonid Melnyk, Jean Monnet Chair, Doctor of Economics, professor of the Department of Economics, Entrepreneurship and Business Administration (EPBA) of Sumy State University. Teachers of the EPBA Department, Doctor of Economics, Assoc. Oleksandr Matsenko, Doctor of Economics, Assoc. Iryna Degtyarova, Doctor of Economics, Assoc. Yuri Derevyanko are assisting within the seminars in different groups.

More than 100 Master’s students of Sumy State University of the following programs chose to participate in the specified training cycle:

  • Applied Mathematics,
  • Computer Science,
  • Computerized control systems,
  • Electronic information systems,
  • Finances,
  • Marketing,
  • International Economic Relations,
  • Philology,
  • Psychology.

The training Module was developed by the teachers of the EPBA department. During the development, the results of Jean Monnet Chair were used, which are currently being implemented at the EPBA department :

“Legislative, economic and social transition of the EU to a sustainable society within Industry 4.0 and 5.0” (619997-EPP-1-2020-1-UA-EPPJMO-CHAIR), headed by L. Melnyk.
