On 14 January 2026, the final day of the intensive part of the training course “EU Practices of Research Excellence in the Digital Era” took place. The course is implemented with the support of the European Commissionwithin the framework of the Jean Monnet Chair EU_STRENGHTS* project.
On this day, the training sessions were dedicated to research funding opportunities in the European Union, as well as to issues of research communication and scientific collaboration using European resources and platforms. Course participants worked together with Inna Koblianska and became familiar with key EU research support instruments, approaches to the effective dissemination of research results, and pathways for integration into the European Research Area.
The completion of the intensive part of the course marks the transition to the next stage of learning – independent work by participants on preparing materials for a scientific conference, in accordance with the requirements and standards applied at conferences in the European Union. During this stage, the course team provides mentoring and consultation support, guiding participants throughout the process of preparing scientific materials.
In addition, course participants complete a knowledge assessment test, which forms part of the final evaluation and is a necessary condition for the successful completion of the course.
Further work is aimed at consolidating the acquired competencies, the practical application of best European research practices, and preparation for participation in scientific events at the European level.
