Entrepreneurship for sustainable development in the EU: lectures for students of KhNU named after V. Karazina

At the beginning of November, the lecture “Entrepreneurship for sustainable development in the EU” (online) by Leonid Melnyk, Doctor of Economics, Professor of the Department of Economics, Entrepreneurship and Business Administration (EPBA) of Sumy State University, was finished an intensive cycle of classes on ” Basics of EU policies for sustainable development”, which are offered for students and teachers of KhNU named after V. Karazina. Leonid talked about the best practices of entrepreneurship and pricing policies to stimulate sustainable development. Also he shared results of JM projects EU Economic Policies and Civil Society.

After the lecture, a round table debates were held where the participants exchanged opinions. The moderators of the round table were Doctor of Economics, professor of KhNU Lyudmila Kalinichenko and Doctor of Economics, associate professor of Sumy State University Yuriy Derevyanko.

The event was attended by students of educational programs: management of organizations and management of business processes of KhNU and teachers of the department of economics and management of this university.

The cycle of classes was prepared as part of the EU Jean Monet project, which is currently being carried out at the EPBA department: “Jean Monnet Chair “EU Economic Policies and Civil Society” (619878-EPP-1-2020-1-UA-EPPJMO-CHAIR), headed by O. Kubatko.
