“Economists” and “entrepreneurs” students became a part of the Enactus SSU team

May 26th at the Premier Palace Hotel (Kyiv) held National competitions of Enactus Ukraine. In Semifinal and Final round of the competition 12 student teams from Vinnytsia, Kyiv, Lviv, Odessa and Kharkov, presented the results of the year for their social business projects to the jury of entrepreneurials.

For the first time in the status of «new team» event organizer invited a team of students of Oleg Balatsky Academic and Research Institute of Finance, Economics and Management. Specialty «Economics of Enterprise» presented Iakushko Tetiana and Valeriia Gavrylova, specialty «Economics» (Specialization «Economics and Business») Polina Kucherenko, and specialty «Entrepreneurship, Trade and Exchange» Tetiana Tolok.

Within the Opportunity Expo girls talked to representatives of companies PEPSICO, EY, MARS, PZU, SUN InBEV Ukraine about the possibilities of passing the training, leadership programs and employment. Coach of Enactus SSU team the associate professor of the Department of Economics and Business Administration Bohdan Kovalov took part in the Strategic session for team coaches and business mentors on «Problems and prospects of partnership between business and universities». In the end of the Competition a team and coach took part in a special event for new teams on the topic «smart city».

The team is grateful to the Country Leader of SSU Enactus Ukraine Maryna Gonoshylina, the Program Director Viktoriia Iablons’ka and the Regional Manager Inna Lyakh for the opportunity to join to the big Enactus Family.
