At the end of June 2022, Doctor of Economics, Professor Leonid Melnyk, Jean Monnet Chair, Director of the Research Institute of Development Economics of the Ministry of Education and Science, and Doctor of Economics, Professor Oleksandr Kubatko, Jean Monnet Chair took part of the three-day FORUM OF THE ACADEMIC COMMUNITY “EDUCATION IN THE CONDITIONS OF WAR: REALITIES, CHALLENGES AND WAYS OF OVERCOMING”, which took place on the basis of the Prydniprovska State Academy of Civil Engineering and Architecture (PSACEA).
Professor L. Melnyk spoke about the prospects of Industries 3.0, 4.0, 5.0 as factors in strengthening the security of socio-economic systems and components of education in Ukraine. The presentation was organized within the framework of the Jean Monnet Chair “Legislative, economic and social transition of the EU to a sustainable society within Industry 4.0 and 5.0” (619997-EPP-1-2020-1-UA-EPPJMO-CHAIR).
Professor Oleksandr Kubatko spoke about information security, cybersecurity and the achievements of SSU in educational activities through virtual and augmented realities. The report was organized within the framework of the EU project “Jean Monnet Chair in EU Economic Policy and Civil Society” (619878-EPP-1-2020-1-UA-EPPJMO-CHAIR).
After the speech of scientists, a round table was held on the prospects for the development of education in war conditions.
