CRM Specialist-Practitioner Seminar for Student Entrepreneurs

On December 2, 2020, within the course “Justification of decisions in trade” (group ПТЛ.м-01, Lecturer Viktor SABADASH) held a practice-oriented seminar by Specialist-Practitioner Kostiantyn ZAVRAZHNYI, Head of Projects and Programs in the field of tangible (intangible) production (TENTIRA LLC). Topic “CRM Services: Purpose, Functionality, Interface, Use by Trading Companies”.

The Practitioner presents theoretical and applied aspects of software products for working with clients, goods, intermediaries, buyers; establishing business communications in trade; logistics chains; effective sales; conclusion and support of contracts.
