We are pleased to announce the international conference “EU Practices of Youth and Business Cooperation”, organised within the framework of the Jean Monnet Module “Youth & Business: EU practices for cooperation” . The conference will take place on December 12-13, 2025, in an online format.
The conference brings together researchers, educators, policymakers, business representatives, and young leaders to discuss effective practices and innovative approaches to strengthening cooperation between youth and business in Europe. It provides a platform for academic dialogue, exchange of best practices, and policy reflection on how youth–business partnerships contribute to sustainable development and European integration.

Contributions are invited on (but not limited to):
- EU strategies and instruments for youth–business cooperation
- EU policy supporting youth entrepreneurship
- Entrepreneurship education and youth employability
- Digitalisation, innovation, AI, and youth-led business ventures
- University–business partnerships in promoting youth entrepreneurship
- Sustainable, social entrepreneurship and civic engagement of young people
- Comparative practices across EU member states and partner countries
- International collaboration and mobility for young entrepreneurs

Plenary session registration
The plenary session will take place on Friday, 12 December, from 14:30 to 17:00 (Ukraine time), 07:30 to 10:00 (EST – USA and Canada), or 12:30 to 15:00 (GMT – UK).

Abstract Submission Deadline
Please send your extended abstract at b.kovalov@biem.sumdu.edu.ua before December 1st, 2025.
We welcome both academic contributions and practice-oriented presentations. Submissions may include:
- Research papers (completed or in-progress)
- Case studies and best practice presentations
- Policy papers and discussion contributions
Extended abstracts will be published in the post-conference proceedings electronically at the Sumy State University repository and sent to participants via email.

🌟 Keynote Speaker
Professor Dev Dutta

We are delighted to announce Professor Dev Dutta as the keynote speaker of the international conference “EU Practices of Youth and Business Cooperation.”
Professor Dutta is a Professor of Strategy, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship at the Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics, University of New Hampshire (USA). A certified Design Thinking Coach (MIT and Stanford) and USASBE Teaching & Learning Scholar, he brings a unique blend of academic excellence and global practice.
His research explores innovation ecosystems, entrepreneurial learning, and knowledge partnerships, with publications in leading international journals. Before entering academia, Professor Dutta spent over 15 years in corporate entrepreneurship and strategic management roles with multinational firms.
