Training “EU Integration: Opportunities for Ukraine”

For the second year, the Jean Monnet Module holders on “EU trade opportunities and challenges for Ukraine” (573581-EPP-1-2016-1-UAEPPJMO-MODULE) have held training session and debate with members of the Youth Business School “Youth & Business”.

For teachers and the general public Oleksandr Kubatko gave lectured on “Basics of the European Economy and EU Trade Policy ” and together with Tetyana Pymonenko and Yulia Chortok conducted a training on “European integration: perspectives for Ukraine” and debate on “EU integration: Opportunities for Ukraine”. Participants had to present and substantiate their ideas about new perspectives and possible threats for the youth business within Eurointegration. Moderator of the Business School Bohdan Kovalyov has organized 5 sections, which worked under the coordination of SSU teacher and young entrepreneurs. Thus, the lecturer of the Economics and BA Department Olena Chigryn worked as an expert on “green” entrepreneurship. During debate participants had analyzed new opportunities, which are opened by EU for youth entrepreneurship. It was discussed the opportunities for women in business. In addition, the new conditions of business running in accordance with the changes required by the EU were discussed.
