The Practice of Concluding and Realization Foreign Trade Contracts: a Seminar of Specialist-Practitioner Hanna PONOMAROVA (JSC TECHNOLOGIA)

On December 7, 2020, within the course “Foreign economic activity” (group E-81, Lecturer Viktor SABADASH) held a practice-oriented seminar by Specialist-Practitioner Hanna PONOVAROVA, Import Department Manager of Bag-in-box Division, JSC TECHNOLOGIA.

Topic “Foreign Trade Contracts: Features of Procedures of Conclusion and Realization (on an example of JSC TECHNOLOGIA).

The Specialist-Practitioner presented practical experience in supporting foreign trade agreements: features of counterparty search procedures; use the offer for debugging business contacts; logistical and legal terms of contracts; organization of the company’s work in foreign markets, its corporate culture; functional of the department of import-export operations, etc.

The seminar aroused the professional interest of students of economics, who took an active part in the discussion and debate on these issues.
