From January 29 to February 5, 2024, Anastasiia Papusha, a first-year student majoring in “Entrepreneurship, trade and stock exchange” took part in the ERASMUS+ short-term international mobility program “Think Before You Share – Role of Media Literacy against the Wave of Disinformation” in Prudnyk, Poland.
Anastasiya joined students from various countries including Romania, Moldova, Ukraine, Greece, Poland, the Czech Republic, and Georgia in this enriching program aimed at enhancing media literacy and combatting disinformation. Throughout the mobility program, participants engaged in a plethora of activities, ranging from intercultural communications to visits at the University of Opole, attending lectures, and networking sessions centered around the theme of media literacy.
Reflecting on her experience, Anastasiya shared:
- My first experience of being in another country, which I am very pleased with.
- Great experience of training English communication skills and building “language confidence”
- A friendly team, a great opportunity to get new friends and lots of opportunities for learning and development
Her enthusiasm for continued participation in similar programs underscores the valuable impact of such initiatives on personal and academic growth.
