Seminar “Participation in grant projects and programs: challenges, experience, opportunities”

On April 23, 2019, a seminar “Participation in grant projects and programs: challenges, experience, opportunities” was held, which was attended by scientific and pedagogical staff of the SSU.

The lecturers were: the head of the international relations department Kyrychenko Kostyantyn Ivanovych and doctor of economics, associate professor of the department of economics, and business administration Oleksandr V. Kubatko.

The seminar was opened by the head of the international relations department of Sumy State University Kyrychenko Kostyantyn, who shared the experience of participating in international projects. Oleksandr V. Kubatko has shared his experience with realization of Jean Monnet module on “EU trade opportunities and challenges for Ukraine” (573581-EPP-1-2016-1-UAEPPJMO-MODULE)

The seminar addressed the following issues: international grant activities and its opportunities for the sector of higher education in Ukraine; search for information about existing grant programs; partnership for international project; the possibility of joining an international consortium as a partner; features of the preparation of a successful project application in accordance with the requirements; conformity of realization of grant projects to the requirements of domestic legislation.

At the end of the seminar, all participants had the opportunity to talk with the speakers and ask them questions.
