Scientific Victory in the Master’s Olympiad in Kyiv

The magistrate of the Department of Economics, Entrepreneurship and Business Administration Tetyana Yakushko (E.m-71) won the 2nd Prize in the Second round of the All-Ukrainian Olympiad in the specialty “Management” (“Management of Foreign Economic Activity”, level – “Master”), which took place March 27-28, 2018 at the Kyiv National University of Trade and Economics (KNUTE).
Participants of the event were offered competitive tasks, which consisted of closed tests and a complex situational task. In the course of the competition students were able to demonstrate the skills of economic thinking, professional training and experience gained during training in this specialty.
In assessing responses to the tasks, their argumentation, logic and completeness were taken into account.
Scientific guidance and preparation of the Master was carried out by Associate Professor of the Department of Economics, Entrepreneurship and Business Administration, PhD (Economics)
Viktor Sabadash.
In parallel (March 28, 2018), within the framework of scientific events of the 2nd round of the All-Ukrainian Olympiad, the All-Ukrainian Round Table “Risks in Foreign Economic Activity: Sources of Origin and Preconditions of Overcoming” was held by the scientists of KNUTE, where the Associate Professor Viktor Sabadash presented the paper “Economic and Legal Instruments for the Prevention of Conflicts in Foreign Economic Activity” and took an active part in the panel discussion.
