In December 2024, the performers of the grant of the Jean Monnet project module “Social Solidarity Economy (SSE): implementation of the EU experience for sustainable development” (SSExpEU – 101047518 – GAP-101047518, 2022-2025), professors of the Department of Economics, Entrepreneurship and Business Administration, Dr. Sc. (Econ.), Professor Iryna Sotnyk and PhD., Associate Professor Yuliia Chortok developed the open electronic course for distance learning course “Social Solidarity Economy: Implementing EU experience for Sustainable Development” (in English). The course is posted on the “Examenarium” platform with free access for all interested parties at the link: https://examenarium.sumdu.edu.ua/free_study/join/785.
The course aims to develop comprehensive knowledge and skills regarding the theoretical and methodological foundations and practical methods for implementing and developing social solidarity economy on a global, national, and local scale, supporting sustainable development based on the experience of the EU.
The course consists of 6 topics. Each topic offers practical and creative tasks and tests. The course involves the development and presentation of a social project. For the final control of knowledge, it is proposed to take a final test that covers the material of all topics of the course.
The course materials will be useful for students of any major, specialists, scientists and anyone interested in issues of social solidarity economy.
