31.05 – 01.06.2022 a group of performers of Jean Monnet module on the topic “Social Solidarity Economy: implementation of the EU experience for sustainable development”, including Ph.D. Assoc. Oleksii Goncharenko, Dr. Sc., Prof. Leonid Melnyk, Dr. Sc., Prof. Iryna Sotnyk, and Ph.D., Assoc. Prof. Yuliya Chortok, took part in the international scientific-practical conference “Economics for Ecology” conducted at the Department of Economics, Entrepreneurship and Business Administration of SumDU (Ukraine). At the section meeting, the performers presented the goals and objectives of the project. They highlighted the relevance of implementing the successful experience of the EU Social Solidarity Economy for the reconstruction of the Ukraine and achievement of sustainable development. Publishing of the conference abstract on the “International social solidarity economy model for sustainable development of Ukraine” became a result of conference participation.
