«HR and economic education in IT»: lecture for students

On November 9, 2022, an online lecture “HR and economic education for IT” by the practitioner Yevhenia Hryhorenko, who is HR at MindK (a web and mobile application development company that creates reliable solutions for businesses and startups) was held for bachelor students from groups ЕН-91/1пе and ЕН-91/3пе-0 of the educational program “Entrepreneurship, trade, and exchange activity” (lecturer – Voronenko Viacheslav).At the lecture, students learned a lot of interesting and useful information, namely: who is HR, what is its role in the company, soft and hard skills that are important for HR; why it is cool to have an economic education in the HR field; what are the directions of development in HR.
After the seminar, students participated in the discussion of the topic, actively asked questions and received professional detailed answers from an experienced specialist, heard interesting life hacks.
