In February 2023, Andriana Kostenko, Doctor of Political Science, took part in the development of the Roadmap for the implementation of gender equality and human rights in the Ukraine EU Action Plan.
The work was joined by: representatives of the Ukrainian government, local self-government bodies and civil society. The recent Ukraine-EU summit confirmed that the future of Ukraine and its citizens is connected with the European Union, so work on the process of adapting Ukrainian legislation to EU law is already being intensified. As part of the work, it is planned to carry out analytical activities and justify changes to the legislation of Ukraine in order to take into account the interests and needs of women.
Andrina is the participant of the EU Jean Monnet project: “Jean Monnet Chair in EU Economic Policy and Civil Society” ((619878-EPP-1-2020-1-UA-EPPJMO-CHAIR), which is carried out at the Department of Economics, Entrepreneurship and Business administration of Sumy State University.
