Colleagues from Odessa on Sumy School of Environmental Economics

The Institute of Market Problems and Economic and Ecological Research of National Academy of Science of Ukraine published the book “Environmental Economics in Names and Accomplishments” (Odessa, 2015). Significant part of publication is dedicated to the Sumy scientific school of environmental economics, the founder of which was Oleg F. Balatsky.
