Basics of EU economy from Jean-Marc TROUILLE for students of SumDU

During the last weeks of October, 2021 Jean-Marc TROUILLE (Jean Monnet Chair, Associate Professor, School of Management (University of Bradford, UK) has visited Sumy state university to perform the teaching and research within Jean Monnet Chair “EU Economic Policies and Civil Society” (619878-EPP-1-2020-1-UA-EPPJMO-CHAIR).
Jean-Marc TROUILLE has delivered a series of lectures for the students of Sumy state University on “Basics of EU economy and economic policies”. The students had an opportunity to discuss the peculiarities of EU integration and Basics of EU economy functioning. Jean-Marc TROUILLE has spoken about the Jean Monnet the “father of EU”.
Jean-Marc has provided empirical facts about the development of European structures, institutions and their impact on economic activity. Students learned the norms and regulations especially within European common/internal market. Jean-Marc also has provided data and facts relating to constructing basic economic indicators and interpretation of key relations between EU structures, rules, laws, business activity and trade.
