11/08/2019, students of the specialties “Economics and Business” and “Entrepreneurship, Trade and Exchange Activities” under the guidance of Prof. L. Melnyk and Assoc. prof. Matsenko O. acquainted with the production process, the main and working capital of the bakery ‘Sumska palyanytsya’, LLC. During the tour, guests received comprehensive answers on questions about the features of the technological process, the provision of sanitary standards in production and the quality of products.

At the end of the excursion the students came to the conclusion that it is necessary to modernize the equipment, digitalize technological and business processes, as well as improve working conditions in order to increase the competitiveness of the factory. The pleasant surprise for guests were delicious gifts from the manufacturer.
