The lecturers of Department of Economics and Business-Administration got the certificates of corporation «PARUS»

At the end of February 2013 lecturers of Department of Economics and Business-Administration C.E.S. Kharchenko M., C.E.S. Lyulyov O., Kovalenko E. and C.E.S. Kovalyov B. took part in training «Effective CRM», which took a place within the framework of the program «PARUS» – to universities of Ukraine».

Lecturers got practical knowledges how:

• to use the CRM-system «Parus-Management and Marketing»;
• to design of the real examples of application of CRM in commercial activity;
• to use the CRM-system in leading companies.

At the end of training every participant passed testing as a result of which the lecturers of Department of Economics and Business-Administration got the certificate of corporation «PARUS» and possibility to utilize the special program units in an educational process.
