| The First Winter Business-school “Youth&Business” was taken place at Sumy State University |

Business school was held at Sumy State University on the 9th and 10th of January and it was aimed at development of creative potential of youth in Sumy region and achievement of practical business skills and opening own business. Business school is a continuation of the already well-known project of competition of the business ideas for students “If I was an entrepreneur” by the Department of Economics and Business Administration. In Business school about 70 participants took part, which includes high school pupils, students of colleges and universities from Sumy and Sumy region. The event was organized by the Department of Economics and Business Administration, faculty of Economics and Management of SSU. Sponsors of the Business school were: children’s entertainment complex “HALABUDA”, charity foundation “Ukrainian heart”, beauty centre “Beatriche”, kids’ store “Karapuzov”, “MindK” company, advertising agency “VReklame”, event-agency “ViVat”, Organization of Student Self-Government of SSU, LLC “Avis-Ukraine”, company for mediation “Vasak”, bookclub “Klub Simeynoho Dozvillia”, food music bar “Marinad”, information portal “SumyLife”. The first day of Business school was held in the format “stories of success” shared by young entrepreneurs such as Viacheslav Mykhaylyk, Denis Tsyhanenko, Ruslan Yumahulov, Oleg Nesterov, Mykhaylo Konovalenko, Samir Hrytskiv, Yana Sibilieva, Olexandr Sokolov, showman Andriy Liubchenko. Speakers of Business-school not only told stories of their own success but also gave practical advices according opening and leading a business. Due to them the main thing in the beginning is not to be afraid to realize your own business ideas. The next day participants of business-school presented their own ideas. During presentations they were trying to prove relevance of business ideas and ground ways of their realization if front of authoritative judges, consisting of entrepreneurs and professors of Department of Economics and Business Administration. All the participants of conference got certificates. A pleasant surprise was way of ending up the Business-school, that took place at food and music bar “Marinad”. During the closing up participants could exchange impressions they got during the two days of Business-school, take part at competitions and talk to entrepreneurs. As a result of Business-school one of the teams got a possibility to realize their own idea – opening of the photo studio and five more participants continued working on individual projects leaded by one of the Business-school speakers.
