Teacher of the Chair – a participant of the Round Table on Corporate Social Responsibility

June 14, 2013 a senior lecturer of Economics and Business Administration Chair Burlakova I.M. take part in the round table held at the State Institution “Institute of Economics and Forecasting” National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine in Kiev and was devoted to discussion of “Methodological approaches to evaluating the effectiveness of measures of corporate social responsibility.”

The event was officially opened by the Vice-President of the Academy of Sciences of Ukraine Valeriy Mikhailovich Heyets, who emphasized the need for a comprehensive approach to the analysis of issues of corporate social responsibility, including the formation of human capital, preservation of the environment and others. The event allowed to discuss the main advantages of the proposed methodology and outline the main directions for their further improvement. Special attention was paid to the prospects of scientific research implementation into the studing process. The event created the preconditions for the joint efforts of scientists and business representatives to further improve the corporate social responsibility concept and its implementation in the actual practice of management.
