Participation in the seminar-session “Investing in Climate Action: The Make-or-Break Decade”

March 24, 2021 Ph.D., Associate Prof. Viktor SABADASH took part in the the opening session of Investing in Climate Action: The Make-or-Break Decade – a live virtual event, organized by Project Syndicate, the European Investment Bank, and the European Commission.

The speakers of a series of in-depth discussions on climate policy, international coordination

and financial innovation were well-known politicians, environmentalists and world leaders (30 speakers): Christine Lagarde, Patricia Espinosa, Kristalina Georgieva, John Kerry, Amina J. Mohammed, Andrew Steer, Achim Steiner, Ursula von der Leyen, Werner Hoyer, Valdis Dombrovskis, and Michael Bloomberg.

The materials of the webinar are useful for the educational process, including courses in particular, in the courses “Economic Conflicts in the Global Environment”, “Global Markets and Competition”, “Decision Making”.
