During February-March 2021, the International competition of student research papers “Black Sea Science” was held (it is held annually at Odesa National Academy of Food Technologies under the aegis of Black Sea Universities Network and ISEKI-Food Association). This year, more than 200 works from 40 universities of such countries as Germany, Canada, the United States, China, Slovakia, Georgia and others were submitted to the competition.
According to the results of the evaluation of works and their defense at the online conference, the the FIRST degree diploma was won by a student of the educational program “Economics and Business” Vladyslav Piven and his coauthor student of the educational program “Entrepreneurship, Trade and Exchange Activities” Anastasia Yaremenko with the research work “The Economic and Environmental Issues of Biopolymers Production” (supervisors – Doctor of Economics, Professor L. H. Melnyk and Doctor of Economics, Professor O. V. Kubatko).
