The week of education for civil society “The art of living together”

One hundred and forty-three events in seven countries were announced in the Citizenship Education Week program, which was held from 5 to 11 October, 2020 under the auspices of the Eastern European Network for Citizenship Education (EENCE). The events of the Week were held both offline and online. The program of the Week started at 10.00 on October 5. Another 18 events were be held on this day in different cities of Armenia, Belarus, Moldova, Russia and Ukraine.

Oleksandr Kubatko as a Jean Monnet Chair Holder “Jean Monnet Chairs in EU Economic Policies and Civil Society” (619878-EPP-1-2020-1-UA-EPPJMO-CHAIR) has organized a workshop “The comparison of sustainable development challenges in EU and Ukraine”. Oleksandr Kubatko has presented the best EU practices for green economy promotion. He has provided best EU and world sustainability practices, including renewable energy achievements, new materials creation, and social and solidarity economy trends. There were about 20 participants, the majority of which were the students of Sumy state University, who have supported the week of education for civil society “The art of living together”.
