Doctor of Economics, Leonid Melnyk, Professor at the Department of Economics, Entrepreneurship and Business Administration (EEBA) SumDU, Director of the Research Institute for Development Economics MES and NAS of Ukraine, conducted a series of classes (lectures and round table debates) on “Green economy in the conditions of Industries 3.0 and 4.0: the EU experience for Ukraine” for teachers and students of Vasyl’ Stus Donetsk National University.
The classes were conducted within the framework of two EU Jean Monnet grants (chair level), implemented at the department: “Legislative, the environmental and social transition of the EU to a sustainable society within Industries 4.0 and 5.0” (619997-EPP-1-2020-1-UA-EPPJMO-CHAIR) and also “EU Economic Policy and Civil Society” (619878-EPP-1-2020-1-UA-EPPJMO-CHAIR) (2020-2023)
The participants of the program were 1) teachers of the departments of management and behavioral economics; marketing; economic and management analytics; international economic relations; accounting; analysis and audit; 2) undergraduate students in Business Analytics; Business Economics; Entrepreneurship and Trade; 3) Masters in Personnel Management and Labor Economics; Marketing, Innovative Entrepreneurship; Business Economics; Accounting and Taxation; International Economic Relations; 4) PhD students in Economics; Management; International Economic Relations.
After the lecture program, there was a too live roundtable debate. There were many questions to the lecturer, and the participants actively expressed their views.
