A new monograph by Leonid Melnyk, Doctor of Economics, Professor of the Department of Economics, Entrepreneurship and BA at Sumy state university, Director of the Research Institute for Development Economics of the Ministry of Education and Science and the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine was published.
