Мeeting with a practitioner

On October 1, 2020, an online seminar was held, in which students from gr. EM-91 and teachers of the Department of Economics, Entrepreneurship and BA in the framework of the discipline “Mergers and Acquisitions” (teacher Nikolay Kharchenko) with Svetlana Romanyuk, Financial Director of LLC “ROMANOF LTD”.

During the seminar, the problems of the creation and functioning of societies of different types were discussed, as well as the financial aspects of the enterprise’s activities were considered.
