A series of lectures and training on European integration were organized within the framework of the European Commission project “Jean Monnet Chair in EU Economic Policies and Civil Society” (619878-EPP-1-2020-1-UA-EPPJMO-CHAIR) for students of the Machine Building College (specialty “Entrepreneurship, Trade and Exchange activities”) during February 2021.
The lectures were Oleksandr Kubatko (Doctor of Economics, Professor, Associate Professor of Economics, Entrepreneurship and Business Administration) with module “Basics of EU policy for sustainable development”; Oleksiy Honcharenko (Candidate of Economic Sciences, Deputy Head of the Department on International Affairs) with module on “Basics of EU economy and EU economic policies”; Bogdan Kovalov (Candidate of Economic Sciences, Associate Professor, Department of Economics, Entrepreneurship and Business Administration) with module and training on “Basics of EU trade policy”.
Students got acquainted with the stages of EU formation, learned about the role of key institutions and the role of civil society in the EU, learned about the EU trade policy issues.
