Interview with Kateryna Bogomolova

Bored on quarantine? Then it was time to make new acquaintances. Today we would like to introduce you to the student of the 3rd year of the specialty “Entrepreneurship, trade and exchange activity” and the participant of the program Erasmus+ Kateryna Bogomolova.
Katya attended the 1st semester at the University of Almeria (Spain), so we decided to learn a bit about her studies.
Did you enjoy university? ⠀
– The University of Almeria has, apparently, everything for a comfortable student’s existence: convenient classrooms; a spacious and practical library, which, by the way, can take your laptop for a while using your login and password from the university system; there are also special audiences in the library that can be booked for team work, and it works around the clock during the exam. ⠀
How was the training organized? ⠀
– Teachers provided information interesting and easy. They often helped and responded very quickly to e-mail messages, even on social networks. And this is very important! We had a lot of teamwork, both in practice and in lectures, and the final grade was very dependent on her. Impressed with a very high level of control over the exams (there were 3-4 watchers who even recorded video).
Did you have any free time at all?
– And the free time from study could be fun and rewarding, getting to know students from different countries, traveling or simply enjoying the incredible nature. Like our university, there is a student organization at the University of Almeria that constantly organizes various events – trips, campsites, barbecues, hikes to various historical sites, competitions, sports games and themed parties.
What would you like to say to students who hesitate to participate in academic mobility programs?
– In general, I believe that the experience of studying abroad opens many new doors, is a competitive advantage in the labor market and an incredible opportunity to study, develop, find new friends and travel. Do not stay at home, go for internships.
