Interview with graduate Anastasia Mgeladze |
If you suddenly dream of working for Mobilunity, then the first person from this company you will meet is Anastasia Mgeladze. So why not do it right now?
Leader of the Mobilunity HR team
Graduate in Economics
She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in philology and entered a master’s degree at the department of EP and BA
⠀
Why did you decide to work in this field? Why did you choose your profession?
⠀
To tell the truth, I got into recruitment by accident: I found a company that was looking for a job for Ukrainians in the Gulf countries and my recruiter career began. The help of linkedine, knowledge of the hospitality industry and, of course, a high level of command of English helped in this. I enjoyed interviewing, dealing with organizational issues, talking to foreign customers face to face. After that, she went to work in Qatar, and when she returned, found a job in a company.
⠀
How did studying at SSU at the department of EP and BA affect your professional activity?
⠀
Honestly, I did not need theoretical knowledge, but the process of combining learning with a full-fledged job helped to shape my personality and helped to harden it. I didn’t feel like a student who didn’t know where to go next. I wanted to try everything, work for the result and reach the goal.
⠀
What was most memorable about your student life?
⠀
Magistracy was a great test for me. I first worked in Kiev, closing all the subjects at the same time, and then went to live in Qatar in general, and for the last six months I learned remotely. That is why the most memorable are wonderful teachers who shared cool materials, gave interesting tasks, and sometimes made concessions.
⠀
What would you recommend to the students currently studying at SSU?
⠀
Never stop. Everyone has their dreams. Someone declares them publicly, someone keeps it in the corners of the soul. But one thing that unites us all is the desire for self-realization at SSU – this is precisely the place that gives students such opportunities from choosing a profession to being able to balance learning and work.
