Current changes in social insurance

April 22, 2021 in the study of the discipline “Social and labor relations” students of groups ЕН-01/1пе, Е.м-01, ЕН-82/пе, ЕН-82/5-9, ЕН-02/1е, ЕН-91/1пе, ЕН-91/3, ЕН-91/4-0 were invited to a online seminar on the topic: “Average salary in 2021, holidays, business days, sick leave, maternity leave. Electronic register of sick leaves” with Tetyana Moiseenko (editor-in-chief of the 7eminar resource, professional consultant of the TOP-10 companies of Ukraine).

The lecture, which was attended by students, was devoted to the introduction of electronic sick leaves in Ukraine from May 1, 2021, obtaining information from the register of sick leaves, which will be conducted by the Pension Fund of Ukraine, the temporary parallel existence of paper sick leaves.

The speaker focused on the issues of determining the insurance period for receiving sick leave benefits, which has its own specifics and features, as well as changes in the social insurance system, which will take place from June 10, 2021.

The lecture was accompanied by solving problem cases and giving examples that will be useful in future practical activities of students.
